The Boyne Community Sponsorship Group has recently been approved by the Irish Refugee Protection Programme (IRPP) within the Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration as the only recognised community sponsorship group in Drogheda.

Through the IRPP’s Humanitarian Admissions Programme 2025, we have the privilege and responsibility of welcoming a vulnerable family—a mother, father, and their two young sons—into the safety of our community.

The mother is a dedicated community activist whose work has placed her at serious risk if she remains in her home country. With your help, we can bring her and her family to Ireland, giving them the chance to rebuild their lives with safety, dignity, and hope.

We urgently need €10,000 to cover the family’s resettlement costs and initial settlement in Drogheda, Ireland. Beyond this, additional funds will help with essentials such as school supplies, household items, transport, and the costs of setting up their new life.
