<div>We are reaching out to our community and beyond with heavy hearts to ask for your support as we try to navigate the medical and life crises facing our beloved Lucy. She was abused by both parents, foster parents and the Father of her children. She stays hidden away from the outside world and she only has 1 or 2 people she will allow close enough.
</div>
<div>Lucy is a single Mother of 3. and after surviving a lifetime of abuse, Lucy was diagnosed with ALS. It is a fatal and progressive disease that affects muscle control, mobility and will eventually cause loss of the ability to swallow and even breathe.
</div>
<div>While we are incredibly grateful for the care Lucy is receiving, the financial strain is overwhelming. She receives state assistance for medical care, prescription assistance, and food but it is nowhere near enough.
</div>
<div>She is the sweetest person I know and doesn't deserve any of this but here we are and Lucy really, really needs our help!
