<div>On the day of the attack, Gurdeep had also undergone a critical heart surgery. While doctors fought to save him, his brain activity ceased shortly after, and he was placed on life support. For over two and a half weeks, Gurdeep fought for his life, but tragically, he never regained consciousness.
