Help a Baby Born with Half a Heart

Please have a heart and help a family whose baby who was born with half a heart.
Jack Dozier was born in June with a rare congenital heart defect HRHS - Hypoplastic Right Heart Syndrome (also called Blue Baby Syndrome); he was born with half a heart, along with MAPCAs, where his major arteries didn't develop properly.
When Jack was two weeks old, he had his first heart surgery for a BT Shunt to increase pulmonary blood flow to his heart. Jack needs at least two more surgeries, One was scheduled for this month but had to be postponed due to Jack's arteries not growing as they needed to. Jack had to undergo an additional surgery to remove a blockage that was preventing his arteries from growing. He spent two nights in the hospital and after seven hours of nail-biting as to whether he would survive the procedure, it worked. He will now be able to have the next surgery sometime in the Spring.
Jack has to take a number of medications daily. The cost of the medication alone now more than $400 per month. He is now on a special diet, as well. This costs $200 a month.
Noe'l's mother is now in hospice care with Stage 4 lung cancer. Noe'l has no other family support.
There are constant trips to the hospital, to hospice, for medications and day to day living for Jack and his two young sisters, who themselves are in therapy trying to understand why their little brother is so sick and deal with the reality that where mom and dad were always there for everything they needed, their very sick little brother is "taking up all the oxygen" of mom and dad's time, all of which is breaking the family's finances.
Please help them get back on their feet as they struggle to keep their heads above water while getting Jack the help he needs.
