A young boy from my hometown — just 19 years old — has been fighting cancer for over a year. Now, he needs a bone marrow transplant, his best and only chance at survival.

The procedure is being done at Thiruvananthapuram Medical College where he is being treated for the past year. But the cost is overwhelming for his family, who have already spent everything they have on his treatments.
