HELP 808 Cleanups NONPROFIT get a head start for 2018!
Friends and Volunteers of 808 CLEANUPS,
2017 has been an exciting and productive year! We have had so many great people from the community stand up and take action- by showing care for their special places. Already we have picked up 124,683 lbs. of trash as a team for 2017! Our huge success in cleaning and providing stewardship across the island over the past 3 years is due to the incredible support from our volunteers. Despite all this, 808 Cleanups still needs additional funding to continue our growth into 2018.
To grow as a nonprofit, we need to jump start our funding for 2018 so we can expand programs like Adopt a Site, group cleanup support, net patrols, graffiti removals, illegal dumping and invasive plant removals.
With these Donations we'll be able to start NEW PROGRAMS, like school mentoring and environmental education, homeless day work programs as well as create an 808 Cleanups App. This App will allow us to keep in touch with our volunteers and create an essential management system to log all data we receive from them during the year, while giving a direct link between staff, volunteers and even other nonprofits out in the field.
Help 808 Cleanups get a head start for 2018 by raising the necessary funds to keep the foundation of our organization strong. This will allow us to continue working as a team for a CLEANER, SAFER, STRONGER, and more BEAUTIFUL HAWAIʻI.
OUR GOAL IS TO RAISE $3,000 BY THE END OF CYBER MONDAY!
As part of this fundraising FOR THE NONPROFITS new program efforts and in appreciation of all our donors’ continued support and hard work, we'd like to thank you with your own 808 CLEANUPS shirts, hats and bumper stickers for you to spread the 808 Cleanups nonprofit message!
