<div>UPDATE (July 2025)
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We want to thank each and every one of you from the bottom of our hearts — every donation you have given has been sent in full to Abdo’s family. Your kindness came at a time of real need, and it truly made a difference. Abdo and his family send their deepest thanks and gratitude to everyone who stood by them.

But the journey is not over yet. The family is still facing urgent challenges and needs more support to reach safety and stability. Every share, every dollar, every prayer still counts.

Please keep supporting and spreading the word — together, we can get them all the way there.

</div>
<div>Hello, I’m a UK-based Sudanese raising funds on behalf of Abdo (Mohamed Abdelwahid).

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Here are some words from him:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I’m reaching out with an urgent plea. Our last GFM campaign was run by someone who is now withholding funds and I have had to start a new campaign. My family and three others are trapped in a life-threatening situation in Sudan, and we desperately need your help to secure their safety.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>The cost of evacuation is overwhelming—transportation, housing, food, and medicine are more than we can manage alone. That’s why I started this GoFundMe campaign: to give these families a chance to escape danger and rebuild their lives.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Every contribution, no matter how small, brings us closer to safety. Even sharing this campaign can make a difference.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>There are four families: Nada, Nadia, Abbas and Hinaz’s families.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Meet Nada’s family:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Nada, a resilient mother, and her three children. Forced from their home by the horrors of war, they dream of a safe place where they can rebuild their lives, free from violence, fear, and despair.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Next, Nadia and her sister:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>An older sister Nadia, who herself is elderly, is taking care of her disabled older sister. Both sisters have no source of income and are struggling to meet their basic needs, including food, medicine, and shelter.

<div><br />

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Meet Abbas’ family:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>This family of four includes two parents and their two children. The father (abbas ) recently lost his job, and the mother (noor) is unable to find work. They are facing eviction and need immediate support to cover rent, food, and other essential expenses.

<div><br />

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Meet Hinaz’s family:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>This is my family and we are struggling here like the other families from the lack of safety and basic needs… the escalating conflict has shattered our sense of security with all the bombarding and the constant sounds of gunfire and explosions replace the normal life to a constant anxiety for my little sisters and my mom. Me and my family need funds to move to safer place and have better life using it to open business so we can stand in our feet's again because we are stressed here and it gets worse day after day.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>This is in front of where I live:

<div><br />

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Thank you for taking the time to read their stories. Every dollar brings us closer to safety and stability. Your compassion can turn despair into hope, showing these families that they are not alone. Please donate today and share this campaign with your network. Together, we can provide these families with a new beginning and a brighter future. We will keep you informed about the progress and impact of your donations, ensuring full transparency and accountability.
