Help 4 Houston Family Hit by Harvey

Dear Friends - I'm Deborah Kurilchyk from Tustin, CA. My Cousin Catherine has the world on her shoulders. Four of her immediate family members household homes were flooded by hurricane Harvey. Her Mom Sally's (also my cousin) house has to be demolished. Her home has to be gutted. And all this is happening while her beloved daughter (a young Mom of 2 kids under 5yrs) is undergoing her second round of brain cancer.  Also sister Lisa's home is damaged.  We are all Christians. You can't believe her positive spirit. But how much can one take? I pray for them daily but there is more to do. I thought I would share this story. If you wish to help a specific Houston extended family who is so hard hit, it would be so appreciated.  I haven't posted personal photos so as not to impose or embarrass. PS - Just a post script.  Catherine is working long days to help other victims at the NRG Stadium, driving between 2.5-4 hours each way to get there due to the infrastructure damage.  How's that for giving!
PSS - GoFundMe is asking how the funds will be spent.  I have been talking with Catherine and she is using it to help her Mom first.  She wrote me that they will use some of the money to pay for permitting issues related to FEMA and the City.  In the overall scheme of things these funds are a drop in the bucket of all the construction costs involved and these funds will be used for these purposes as Catherine sees fit for the family homes affected.  I have already designated Catherine as the beneficiary.
