<div>Rebuild 31 North Main Street, downtown Marshall, NC.

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>31 North Main is a private residence, artist studio, and Airbnb in downtown Marshall, NC.</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>It is the primary residence for David, who has been downtown for 14 years, full-time the last five years.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>In the recent flooding and hurricane, <strong>the entire bottom floor was wiped out, along with all furniture, appliances, books, clothing, tools, art supplies, electronics, and art.</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>It was a home, and 40 years of our lives.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Any help in the rebuilding effort would be appreciated.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>As with all flooded spaces downtown, everything on the first floor had to be removed down to the studs, including the electrical and plumbing.
