On April 8th in Waukegan, a 20-year-old woman was intentionally run over by a car in a shocking and violent act. The attack left her with a broken foot and other serious injuries, turning her life upside down in an instant. Since the incident, she has already undergone three surgeries and faces a long, painful road to recovery.
