<div>Right now, as you read this, hundreds of girls in Jinja, Uganda are sitting outside their classrooms.
</div>
<div>Not because they skipped school. Not because they aren't bright enough. But because they have their period — and they have nothing safe to use.

<div><strong>The Reality These Girls Wake Up To Every Month</strong>
</div>
<div>In Budondo, most families live on less than $2 a day. Disposable sanitary pads cost more than many families earn in a week. So girls improvise. They use torn rags, pieces of mattress foam, tissue paper, or dry leaves.
</div>
<div>Many simply don't go to school.
</div>
<div>Every month. For years. Missing lessons, falling behind, losing confidence — until eventually, for too many of them, school stops feeling like a place that belongs to them.
</div>
<div><strong>In Uganda, period poverty is not a minor inconvenience. It is one of the serious causes of girls dropping out of school.</strong>
</div>
<div>And when girls leave school early, the risks multiply — <em>child marriage, teenage pregnancy, exploitation, poverty. One missed period becomes a missed future.</em>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>There Is a Simple, Lasting Solution</strong>
</div>
<div>A high-quality reusable menstrual pad kit costs just £15 and lasts up to two years.
</div>
<div>That's £0.62 a month — for a girl to attend school every single day.
</div>
<div>No more missed lessons. No more shame. No more choosing between dignity and education.
</div>
<div>Eastern Heart's <strong>"Keep Her Learning, Keep Her Dreaming"</strong> campaign will reach 1,500 girls in Budondo with:
</div>
<ul>
<li>A complete reusable menstrual pad kit (lasting up to 2 years).
</li>
<li>Menstrual hygiene education delivered by trained community health workers.
</li>
<li>Confidence-building and life-skills sessions
</li>
<li>Reproductive health information tailored for adolescent girls.
</li>
</ul>

<div>✉️ <strong>A Personal Note from Brenda</strong>
</div>
<div><em>"I've followed EHFCH's work for years, and I have never once doubted where my money goes. Carolyne and her team are the kind of people who make you believe that real, lasting change is possible — not in a generation, but right now, with the right support. I'm putting my name to this campaign because I believe in these girls and I believe in this team. Please join me."</em>

<div><strong> Imagine This With Me</strong>
</div>
<div>Imagine a classroom in Budondo where no chair is empty because of a period.
</div>
<div>Imagine 1,500 girls walking to school on the hardest days of the month with confidence instead of shame.
</div>
<div>Imagine the teacher who notices a girl who used to disappear every month — and doesn't anymore.
</div>
<div>Imagine that girl, five years from now, finishing school. Then finishing college. Then becoming the nurse, teacher, or entrepreneur she always said she wanted to be.
</div>
<div><strong>That future costs £15 per girl.</strong>
</div>
<div>We are asking you to make it real.
</div>

</div>
<div>Every share is a girl who might stay in school. Every donation is a future that doesn't get closed off.
</div>
<div><strong>Help us reach £25,000. Help us reach 1,500 girls.</strong>
