<div>After four years of hard work, the <strong>SaMoTech</strong> <strong>teen-robotics team has earned a spot at the World Championship </strong>of the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC).

<div>And they haven't just qualified, they're going as <strong>Regional Champions</strong>.
</div>

<div>SaMoTech is a student-led team of 10 high school students, founded in 2022 by six freshmen working out of a family garage in Santa Monica. SaMoTech is still working out of that garage but is now <strong>an all-volunteer, 501c3 non-profit </strong>that also promotes STEM and engineering in public schools.

<div>Today, <strong>SaMoTech is the #1-ranked team in one of the world's most competitive regions</strong>, outperforming more than 200 robots from across Los Angeles and Southern California.
</div>

</div>
<div>Now, we are headed to Houston, Texas, from April 29 to May 3 to compete at the World Championship against the best of more than 8,000 teams from 50+ countries.
</div>

</div>
<div>For our founding students, now all seniors in high school, this is the culmination of years of dedication, resilience, growth, and teamwork. Competing at Worlds is an incredible opportunity — but getting there comes with major expenses:
