Help me volunteer as a Doula in Honduras

In August, I will be volunteering with Dar A Luz as a volunteer doula, childbirth, sexual and community health educator.
I will be traveling to both La Ceiba and Santa Rosa de Copan to work in public hospitals supporting young girls 13-18 years old. There is a detrimental lack of educational information available to the young pregnant girls and they are often very fearful of the birth process. Additionaly, they are made to labor in crowded hospital waiting rooms until they are 5 centimeters dilated. Once they reach this point, they are then moved to a room where they will all labor together and give birth side by side.
The current regulations do not permit family members to be present- making doula support that much more crucial to their phsyical and emotional well-being.
Although there are many traditional midwives still present in Honduras, they are prevented from practicing by laws that seriously restrict their practice and are often not allowed to accompany their laboring mothers to the public hospital if a transfer becomes necessary.
Dar a Luz creates a respectful environment and training program to support traditional midwives in getting the formal education they need for emergency situations through a midwife collaboration. In spite of being relatively disempowered, the traditional midwives offer wonderful, compassionate and intuitive care, often in rural locations where the nearest health center is inaccessible to poor women.
I am raising money to help cover my program costs and to purchase many necessary items to make birth more safe for the women and families of Honduras.

Fetoscopes, Pinards
Blood pressure cuffs, Stethoscopes, Gloves
Hanging scales and D Ring slings
Exercise/Birth balls
Massage Balls (Hand Balls) for laboring women
Sets of baby clothes (hat, socks, onesie, blanket, and a diaper, which can be bought in Honduras)
Hospital Supplies
Baby Thermometers
Mobile Curtains
High quality scissors
Educational Diagrams
Large-scale photos demonstrating gestation, the birth process, and optimal laboring positions
Materials with clear illustrations of emergency signs during pregnancy
Large-scale diagrams demonstrating the Leopold Maneuver
Anatomical Models
Newborn dolls with hard heads with fontanel (very much needed)
Models of the pelvis (very much needed)
Baby CPR Manikin (very much needed)
Model of Pelvic Floor Muscles
Uterus Models
Placenta Models (with membranes)
Breast Models
Cervix Vaginal Dilation Models
Fabric, Thread, Needles and Scissors for making breastfeeding pillows
