<div>Hi my name is Hellen and I started powerlifting to help with my mental health conditions and Autistic Spectrum Disorder. I found I loved lifting and the calming effect it has on me, its changed my life! After winning silver at the British Bench Press in March 2024 I have been nominated for the national team to represent Great Britain at the World Bench Press Championships in Austin, Texas at the end of May 2024. Due to my previous mental ill health I can't afford to do this without your help!
