My good friend, Heidi Ewald, and her family were flooded by Hurricane Harvey. They were evacuated by boat as the water dangerously kept rising. She was able to get to her home today to see the destruction left behind. She had 5 feet of water rush through her home destroying it losing their cars too.
Heidi is and always has been a strong supporter of Houston and surrounding communities. She jumps in to help with any fundraiser in need and is a Houston Rodeo volunteer for many many many years to count.
80% of the people impacted by Hurricane Harvey were not in flood zones and did not have flood insurance. That's 2 homes out of every 10. Heidi is too proud to ask for help and always feels someone else has it worse then she does. Let's show Heidi the support she has always shown her city and help her rebuild her home.
