Hefei Children's Welfare Playground

The Hefei Children's Welfare Institution in Hefei, Anhui, PRC, is home to over 300 Chinese orphans. The orphanage in need of a playground for the children. This will enable the children to have some fun. get fresh air, and exercise in a safe, controlled setting.
My husband, Bruce, and I have adopted twice from China. Our son, Joshua, is from The Hefei Children's Welfare Institution, and we have visited the orphanage many times and funded several needs through the years that are not covered by government funding. It is our opinion that the director and staff make the children a priority and try very hard to care for the children as well as they can with the resources available.
