Why Are We Conducting A Building Fund Campaign Now?

Our God answer prayers. We prayed for the Lord to multiply us and he did, we've outgrown the current office space that were currently using as our sanctuary.

We do not want to be limited on how/when we serve our God, but at the very same time, we want to be a good neighbor. Our current location is an office with other tenants, we do not want to disturb their work, likewise we do not want to conform to very quiet and limited worship, when we offer praise to God, we want to do it like David did, without limitation or holding back.

Other issue, which is also another main reason we must move is safety. Not only do we have limited parking, but getting in and out of parking spot creates a safety issue for mainly children and pedestrian. Beside the parking lot, every single children group classes are extremely over capacity. Our children are divided into age groups, but each age group classes are overflowing and becoming unbearable. Don't get me started on the sanctuary crowed occupancy.

Lastly, we do not want to limit God. Our Almighty God is answering our prayers, and we are winning souls for the Lord, and we continue to grow, but we are currently maxed out, and must create space for God to continue building His Kingdom.

What Exactly Are We Doing?

We have a developed a plan, began raising fund, and currently considering a couple of sites. We want a location where we can better serve those who are already here, and be ready to serve the new people who will join with us in the months and years ahead in ministry to our entire community. We are a welcoming church. We are a diverse church. With the proposed improvements we can continue to be an inclusive and welcoming Church of God.

What Are The Goals Of This Campaign?

The spiritual goals for this campaign are to increase the awareness of God's grace to this congregation and to our community, and to bring soul into His Kingdom. Our financial goal for this campaign is $400,000—the “Challenge Goal” is $510,000!

Will My Gift Be Significant Enough To Help?

The answer is this: No gift is too small. Because of our need to move to a bigger Church building and expand our ministry, turning back is not an option. The times we live in present an opportunity to take stock of our blessings, trust in God and decide what our priorities are. This is an opportunity to grow spiritually in our relationship to Jesus and to be wise stewards of the resources God has given us. Not everyone will be able to pledge or give at the same level. Many small gifts are as important as a few large ones.
