Our beloved Heaven Leah McDonald passed away at the young age of 28 on December 24, 2017, after a short yet vicious battle with acute liver failure. Her sudden passing has been devastating to her family and friends.
A Memorial Service is scheduled for January 7th, 2018 at 2pm CST at Mulkey Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville, TX. To alleviate the impact of the immediate costs, we have created this GoFundMe campaign as a trusted and manageable means to help cover the memorial service and associated expenses. The goal is $4,000 which will cover Heaven's service, cremation, urn and any other unexpected expenses associated with the service, but please understand that any amount will help and any amount of giving is a blessing.
With Heaven's passing, she left behind an amazing 9 year old son, Benjamin "Lil Ben" Morales. We are working on creating a trust fund for him, which will help to cover future college expenses - more details to come. 100% of any funds left over from this particular GoFundMe Campaign will be deposited into an administered bank account for Lil Ben.
We have had numerous emails, texts and messages from friends and family, sending condolences and asking how they can help. We would like to say Thank You for the heartfelt support as we navigate through this difficult time.
