Heaven Is With Brenda

Brenda was born 27 years ago with a congenital cardiomyopathy. When she was 7 years old, her mother was sponsored by te charity group Gift of Life. They were trying to set up the medical assistance needed, but was unable to obtain the necessary visa that would have allowed her to undergo a life changing surgery. Not till 10 years later, with the help of Gift of Life, was she finally able to have the surgery needed. Fast forward another 10 years and Brenda started feeling chest pains, difficulty breathing and bluish nails. After seeing cardiologists and visits to hospital, she was diagnosed with severe pulmonary pressure and valve damage. Brenda was advised that a second surgery was needed or she would not see her 28th birthday. Unfortunately, this time around, she is unable to receive aide. As expected, this is a costly surgery, over $27,000. She has no means of covering such an expense and the unescapable thought of death is glooming over her family. But not for Brenda. Her undying faith in God and humanity is keeping her spirits alive.
After her first surgery, she made a decision to not waste her time and the gift of life that was given to her. She had received her bachelors degree and was planning on receiving her masters until her unforeseen illness occurred once again. Brenda is a spiritual woman filled with life that is slowly being taken from her. She has a beautiful, bright future awaiting her, if she can get the desperate help she needs as everyday that passes, may be her last.
