Power Circle Congregation, Inc. is where ALL come to know that “consciousness” is what we are and “teaching” is what we do in our ongoing demonstration as the leading edge, spiritual organization throughout the City of Chicago and surrounding suburbs. We are purposed with meeting the needs of the entire “body of Christ” – the church and community – by ensuring our members and friends attain an in-depth understanding of the Principles as espoused by Jesus the Christ, in order to live an abundant life – a healthy, happy, and high quality (3H) life.
Fifteen years ago, on May 27, 2003, we purchased our new facility, formerly U.S. Steelworkers of America Local 65. Our building needs a new heating system to avoid pipes freezing and minimize expenses with indirect heating. We have completed many repairs throughout the years, spending over $30,000 in costly repairs to an extremely outdated heating system. We have been unable to collect our typical revenue we earn through renting the space for various community events, due to the improper heating. The original boiler was installed in 1964 for U.S. Steelworkers and cannot be repaired further. We are one of only three remaining Steelworks facilities in the 10th Ward. We need everyone’s assistance to help preserve this community landmark.
The heating system alone costs approximately $120,000.00. We thank you so much for your help in this endeavor!
