Heating for Kennedy Surf & Coffee

Hey Friends!
We are Kennedy Surf & Coffee, an association with a heart for the surf and coffee community based in Biarritz, France. We create a welcoming environment for the people of Biarritz where everyone is able to thrive and develop in their talents and professions. We combine our love for surfing, skating, and specialty coffee to gather together as a community. Kennedy is a place which focuses on every individual person and provides a platform for authentic relationships, centred around the good things in life.
We are a team of volunteers from over 7 different nations that have come together to invest in this vision. For over 2.5 years blood, sweat and tears was poured into the property as we reconstructed, rebuilt and developed the house which we now call Kennedy.
Our Need
Facing the upcoming winter season, our space can get super cold and uncomfortable. We want this space to be warm and comfy for everyone who enters. Kennedy until now has no heating system at all and as an association we don't have the full financial ability to pay for a new heating system by ourselves.
Our Goal
We want to install several infrared-heaters across the Coffee and Surfshop area. With that we are able to heat up the whole space in an efficient and sustainable way. Our goal is to be able to order those within the next month.
Together
We feel so encouraged by everyone who already supported us during the time we were closed during lockdown. To even be able to reopen Kennedy again was a huge blessing for us all and a big statement of how Kennedy Surf & Coffee is and can be a place for all people in and around Biarritz.
We believe together we can do this again and ask for your support on this wonderful and excited journey we are on.
