Heather Vento's Victory

Heather Vento is a dear friend and has served as a vital part of the NorthShore Country Club family as our Food & Beverage Service Manager for more than 19 years.  She has been a vital part of the club and the many  members and guest have come to know her very well.  Early this year she was diagnosed with lung cancer.  This devastating news soon turned into focused energy on fighting cancer.  Her giving and caring attitude and selflessness have been great examples for us to follow, and I believe we can all take steps to return all the favors and countless hours of giving to Heather in her fight for victory over cancer.  
Heather is being treated at MD Anderson in Houston, as she needs the absolute best care and options available for her victory.  She is undergoing chemotherapy and is doing well.  Her fight has just begun, but her strength and determination are already shining through.  Your prayers, encouragement, and support are sure to give her the strength to find victory over cancer.

Funds raised will help Heather and her family with travel, treatments, and other related costs.
