Heated AED cabinet for Defibrillator & pads

Fund needed to help support Treowen Hall management committee who In December 2020 accepted responsibility for a Defibrillator from Treowen CP school as they wanted it to be accessible for the whole community.

The committee have had to purchase a heated AED cabinet to be able to erect it on the wall outside the hall. The cost is £525.00 and there will be extra costs as new pads need to be purchased when the AED machine is used.
Having it outside the hall will mean easier access to the defibrillator for all residents or visitors on the housing estate as well as all other areas close by.

Treowen Community Hall committee with support of Cllr Joy Jones who is the County Councillor for the area are trying to raise funds, Cllr Joy Jones said "I have agreed to help support and help raise funds along with the committee for this very important and life saving piece of equipment to be uses in the community. Treowen halls new strap line 'TYFYU TREOWEN' , is about growing our community relationships. So by the hall committee helping to make this life saving equipment available for everyone it is fulfilling their goal."
