Many people know our parents, Eric and Diane Briscoe. They have been faithful missionaries with Open Air Campaigners for the last 35 years, faithful to their family, faithful friends to many, and faithful in their church. We know that many of you have been blessed by them in different ways; and everyone who knows them can attest to their upstanding character, love, and generosity. We know this to be true, as their children, and we have all personally heard, on many occasions, that people know this to be true about them as well. We are constantly reminded of how blessed we are to be their children.
They do not know that we have created this account and they would never have asked us to. But we wanted to bless them by spreading the word and raising some money for their current situation.
They have a bit of an emergency expense. Their heater just went out in their house-which is a big dilemma entering December and living in the Boston area. Because of the size of their house and the heating system they have in place, it is quite costly. They bought their house about 15 years ago with one of its main purposes to be for ministry. Just about ever summer, all summer long since they have owned it, they have housed different youth groups and ministry teams who stayed there while training to do "open-air" evangelism and missions work in Boston. This was their intention when they bought their home and they were excited that they could house these teams in their own home instead of at a separate campus as in previous years. God blessed them with a big , beautiful house (which, naturally and unfortunately, can bring big, expensive fixes) with plenty of room to be able to take this on; and they did this joyfully. And Lord willing, will continue to do this in the coming years.
This is a huge financial burden to them right now-and this happened right before the Holidays. Will you please help them with us? This would be a massive blessing to them as well as to us for pouring out this kind of love and financial generosity. Whether you are able to give financially or not, please pray for them in this that God would continue to provide for all of their needs, as He always has. Thank you.
