Heart/lung transplant need

Jennifer O. is a lovely 22 yo woman who is in urgent need of a heart and lung transplant and has medically qualified to get one but cannot move forward until she FINDS A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE. She and her family have very little money, living on government funding due to her medical condition. The little they have is not enough to be able to rent housing that is considered acceptable for a transplant patient. Low-income housing has a one-year wait list and she needs to get the transplant AS SOON AS POSSIBLE - she is running out of options.
Jennifer has faced tremendous odds since she was born with only half a heart, Hypoplastic Right Ventricle, this means she has only one main pumping chamber. A normal functioning heart has two. She also lost the use of one of her lungs, as a complication of her heart condition, so she now has Pulmonary Hypertension, very high lung pressures, which makes her oxygen levels very low and she has to receive oxygen because she is very blue.
Amazingly she has overcome every obstacle that has come her way, including many heart procedures to extend her life. However, because her high lung pressures and low oxygen levels she is getting sicker and sicker and this is not compatible with living a normal, long life.
Becoming a candidate for transplant is a grueling process and Jennifer is so close to having her LAST CHANCE TO SAVE HER LIFE, this is not an exaggeration. So please join me in helping this amazing, kind-hearted and sick young woman NOW so she can pay for one year's rent in order to move forward with the transplant. Your donation will also give her more time to plan her next steps and remind her that she has people from all over rooting for her!
I know Jennifer well because I was her heart doctor during my training and have remained her friend. She has been an inspiration to me because of her strength, positive attitude and spirit.
