I organized this campaign together with my friends and family, such as Angelina Vigriyanova and Madia Beisenova.
Batyrkhan is 12 year old boy from my home town in Kazakhstan. He was diagnosed with generalized epilepsy, bilateral sensorineural hearing loss and strabismus. His health problems prevent him from attending school; he doesn't have friends. Batyrkhan spends all his time with his mother who looks after him around the clock. Taking care of his son is a full time job and because of this, she is unable to work.
He has been prescribed with a very expensive Hearing Aid (Naida III UP - Phonak or Naida V UP - Phonak) that cost about $2000. There is no way that Batykhan's mother can afford this without help.
This hearing aid can give him the opportunity to HEAR THE WORLD, the voice of his mother and his loved ones. He will be able to improve his speech defects caused by hearing loss. He will be able to listen music and watch movies, and he will be able to make friends. These are all everyday things that we take for granted but are so incredibly impostant.
