Heart Surgery for a 2 year old boy

Vinay is born on the  the 20th of July 2016 with 2 holes in the heart. His father Nimmaraju Kumar drives an auto rickshaw for his livelihood. Vinay needs to be operated immediately for his heart condition. The initial ask from various hospitals in Hyderabad was quite high (5500 USD) and we were able to work with a friend of ours to bring the costs down to 1000 USD.  We are estimating another 1500 $ for post operative care.  The surgery is being planned for next week. We would appreciate any help. I will keep you all posted with updates over the next couple of weeks.
