Heart pump&Heart Transplant

I have been fighting this battle for 3 years now.... I'm not defeated just yet..... I am now in end stage heart failure and now I'm getting a heart pump (an Lvad) and then put on the waiting list for a heart transplant... I trust in God that this new heart will help me to have as normal of a life as possible. My children need their mother. And I need them. They r only 2&4 yrs old. They are who I fight for everyday. I am diagnosed with Post Partum Cardiomyopathy, Congestive Heart Failure, Mitral heart disease, chronic atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, tachycardia and recently found out some of my other organs are beginning to give up on me. Unfortunately my insurance will not cover EVERYTHING that needs to be done. So I have started this gofundme in hopes of raising whatever I can so I can be prepared. I'm hoping my story touches many hearts. We don't want to leave our children in this cruel world without the one person that carried them and loves them unconditionally. Anything will help. It's going to take a while but I trust in God. I trust that he will see me through and I will soon be spreading my testimony and sharing my story with others who are going thru the same or similar.
