Heart operation for a good friend

I seriously don't do this but I honestly can't come up with the whole amount. A very good friend back home needs my help for a heart surgery. This surgery is 10 years overdue due to financial difficulties. She's the lady beside me wearing a brown shirt, her name is Ann. Any amount that anyone is willing to give would be very helpful.
