Heart Meds and Oxygen Machine Bills

I’m almost 68 years old. After surviving a heart attack and shutdown of most of my organs and being in a Coma and on life support and dialysis, I have been doing everything I can to stay alive.
I only have a few days of my heart meds left so I’m taking 1/2 doses and praying! My heart has 24 stents with no room for any additional stents. The meds I need to keep my stents open is so very expensive that on Social Security and Medicare I cannot buy them at a cost of almost
$600 a pop. Plus all the other meds I need for stage 4 Kidney disease, Diabetes and High Blood pressure are either a tier 2 or 3 or 4, that’s even some generic, and some are not covered at all. I have tried to get help from every organization and discount card offers but they would cost about the same. Then there is my former Dr’s office that never filed the paperwork with the oxygen company for me to be covered by Medicare for a whole year and 1/2,
Now the oxygen company wants their money from me.
I’m at my wits end. I don’t know where else to turn.
