Heart Health Awareness for Rob

Last year, our company lost a young family member, Rob Spencer, to heart disease. Rob was a charismatic, talented and inspiring individual. Our company, Distributor Wire & Cable (DWC), has values to guide our behavior to not only better our own lives, but the lives of others. One of these values is "Give Back, A Lot". Our goal is not only to raise money to donate to the Masonic Medical Research Institute, but to raise awareness about heart health. Join us in spreading awareness about heart health because heart disease is the #1 cause of death for both men and women in the U.S.


All donated funds will go towards the Masonic Medical Research Institute (MMRI) , an internationally recognized biomedical research institute. They are an international center for genetic screening of inherited cardiac arrhythmia diseases, especially those responsible for sudden cardiac death, including Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). MMRI is actively involved in the development of safe and effective drugs for atrial fibrillation, thus addressing one of the greatest unmet medical needs facing our society.
