<div>Hello, let me introduce myself, my name is Sharon Bentley and I am raising funds for a training course so I can better serve the SEN and neurodiverse students at the college where I work - to help them with reducing the anxiety, fear and stress that they experience in everyday life.

<div>The course is the Heart Fullness Meditation Facilitator Training, a 100-hour course over 6 months. I will learn to guide meditation groups as a qualified Facilitator. <div>As you may know, I have been working with a variety of healing modalities for the last 25 years – including Advanced EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique), Angelic Reiki &amp; Vibrational Essence Therapy. I am trained in counselling and listening skills (CPCAB) and other mindfulness-based work.

<div>I would love to add this course to enhance my skills to better to serve humanity through the heart.
</div>

<div>I would love to hold space for people as they come together to find peace within their own heart. To find their truth and shine their light even brighter. Allowing them to embrace the blessing of radical self-care, establishing a personal daily meditation practice and learning to live in the heart.

<div>I am a single mum of a neurodivergent child, and as a parent I am deeply aware of the challenges that this can bring. I am keen to combine this knowledge with the right skills - which I know will help others to thrive.
