heart failure father of 8

4 weeks ago my husband and father of our 8 beautiful children suffered chronic heart failure. A huge shock and financial strain for our already strained family.  As we are without a car I am hoping to raise money for a car to transport him to much needed appointments. He requires months to years of rehabilitation and will be without the physical ability to work or help with the care of the children as he was before this happened.  
I am struggling to work full time and support the family with the added burden of no transport. This will significantly help our family in such a huge way.
