New Title: Town Hall 2.0: Health Care Voter Forum

Rep. Jackie Walorski has not sponsored a Town Hall meeting since 2013, and many of her constituents have questions, especially about her positions on pressing healthcare issues. We want to make it easy for her to access her constituents. We’re raising the money and putting on the event so that all she has to do is show up. And we scheduled the event during her recess to make it easy for her to attend. ABC 57 reporters Taurean Small and Jess Arnold will moderate the event, ensuring fairness and equal time for Walorski and her opponent Mel Hall.
This event will provide:
-In-depth information on what is at stake for Indiana and Congressional District 2 on healthcare in the election
-A clear sense of where the congressional candidates stand on the issues
-Resources for health care voter engagement
The forum is scheduled for September 9th or 10th at the Century Center in South Bend. The exact time and date are still being negotiated. The funds are required for facility rental at Century Center, rental of the sound system and other costs associated with staging the event.
