Which relaxes the nervous system through the lymphatic system and with mind body focus gives members of the community the opportunity to be a part of something where they feel celebrated and heard by attending regular classes.  Dance provides a safe space to feel the rhythms of music and practice mind and body connection. The feeling of freedom and no judgment no person is ever felt pressured to follow choreography they are welcome to shake and release and just move around the space.
