Health, Peace & Income Lost – Help Us Pay For Injustice

Dear friends, colleagues, and compassionate supporters around the world,

On July 26, 2023, our lives were turned upside down by a deeply unjust and traumatic event. While we were asleep in our newly relocated apartment at 6 am, we were mistakenly targeted during a raid by heavily armed German Special Forces (SEK), whose operation was intended to arrest a criminal member of the Hells Angels who is a typical German person with a full-body tattoo and completely different physical appearances than me.

This wrongful involvement has caused tremendous hardship. We’ve been left with serious health issues, carrying the heavy fear of death until today, emotional trauma, and an ongoing legal battle. The stress has only deepened as we’ve had to navigate complex administrative challenges in Germany, resulting in a significant loss of income and a change of four different lawyers.

Additionally, while we have been dealing with all these difficulties, I have been dealing with another injustice by the state office of salaries in NRW (LBV), leading to a significant loss of salary due to their unclear source of administrative mistake, taking me to court while I have done nothing wrong, and being on sick leave. A big mistake that the University of Bielefeld administration failed to correct on their end due to limited access to the LBV system.

Today, we are burdened by mounting legal costs, continuous serious medical and deep psychological strain, and the heavy toll of seeking justice while trying to rebuild our lives. Still, we are determined to speak up and defend our human rights. Silence, in the face of injustice, is not an option for us !!!

At this critical moment, we humbly ask for your support. Any contribution—no matter how small—will go directly toward unjust legal-related expenses. Your kindness and solidarity are a vital source of strength during this incredibly difficult chapter. These legal fees are to pay the lawyers who do not process our case forward, which is also very hard for us to afford, as we are in a very hard situation.
