Rachel's Medical Expenses Fund

I am trying to raise money to help my sister-in-law Rachel Tembo, pay for her ballooning out of pocket medical expenses. She developed a chronic back problem following  a car accident a few years ago. The problem has recently gotten progressively worse  despite years of medical, surgical and physical therapy. The interventions appeared to help for a while, but now the back pain is back worse that it has ever been before, and has become debilitating- she can barely walk. Because of her current condition, she is no longer able to work.
Her physicians have recommended intensive physical therapy which she started a week ago. Unfortunately, she has to pay for 100% of all her medical expenses (including the physical therapy) out of pocket for the forseeable future. This is because for the year 2017, she  has a $3,500 deductible that she has to meet before the insurance company will pay for her care. The year will most likely be over before she meets this deductible and my understanging is that come January, a new deductible of $5000 will kick in for 2018. Now that she is not working, it's next to impossible for the family to come up with this kind of money. Without help, she would certainly have to forgo treatment relatively soon. Because of her current profound disability, she is most likely going to require very expensive long term rehabilitation .
I am asking for your help to raise money for her therapy so that she can get  back on her feet again and be able to go back to work.
