Life threw me a curve ball when I had this recent freak motorcycle accident And all these painful debilitating injuries.

I am looking for $50k to help defray the medical bills, physical rehabilitation, copays, and lost wages from not being able to work.

* Fracture R ribs 7-9
* Torn L knee ACL
* Fracture L 5th metatarsal (foot)
* R kidney hematoma
* Spleen Laceration
* Liver Laceration
* L elbow laceration to capsule of joint
* Laceration above R eyebrow
* Laceration to R lower lip (tooth through lip)
* Laceration to chin from compound fracture of mandible 
Surgeries:
L elbow irrigation and debridement
Coil embolization x3 for internal bleeding
plastic surgery for eye, face and jaw fractures 

But I am alive because I have a story to tell and minds to inspire! But to be able to get to that place again I need your support financially.
