<div><strong><a href="https://www.facebook.com/HealingTogetherNepal" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Healing Together Nepal (HT Nepal)</a></strong> works alongside trusted local leaders to strengthen the <strong>care, knowledge, and relationships</strong> already rooted in communities.

<div>We're <strong>training teachers, nurses, health workers, and Female Community Health Volunteers (FCHVs)</strong> in flash-flood affected areas to provide <strong>safe, compassionate, and</strong> <strong>trauma-informed mental health support</strong> in homes, schools, health centers, and community spaces. We will also provide a modest stipend to FCHVs who travel extra distances to reach affected families.

<div>By building on <strong>local knowledge, relationships, and strengths</strong>, we help communities respond to crises, prevent harm, and <strong>foster collective healing, dignity, and hope</strong>.

<div>Our goal is to raise <strong>$30,000 </strong>to equip trusted frontline leaders with the <strong>training and tools to support healing in the months and years ahead.</strong>

<div>HT Nepal is a small (yet mighty!) team of survivor-advocates who work deep in communities where <strong>gender-based violence, child sexual violence, poverty, and injustice</strong> shape daily life:

<li>Suicide is the leading cause of death for women and girls.
</li>
<li>Child sexual violence affects boys as often as girls.

<div>Add <strong>climate disaster, displacement, loss, and political violence</strong>, and communities are navigating compounding layers of trauma with few places to turn.

<div>HT Nepal has trained <strong>4,000 Healing Advocates</strong> who reach <strong>200,000 survivors</strong> with community-based crisis response, ongoing peer support, school-based mental health programs, and violence prevention initiatives.
