March 25th Colton was diagnosed with RSV at only 2 weeks old. He went from being admitted to the hospital in Watertown to being flown to the Children’s Hospital in Sioux Falls. Less than 24hours after his diagnosis his team of drs decided it was best to intubate and sedate as he was struggling and fighting to breathe on his own. They also placed an arterial line in to get more accurate readings on his vitals, especially his blood pressure. Along with that they also placed in a central line.

He’s on medications to help keep him comfortable.
