Hello from Barry Drews and Laurie Morningstar representing Healing Hero's. We teach tools in the form of Somatic Support (Emotional clearing utilizing breath) through workshops to Military personnel, First Responders, their families, Silver Cross families and Cadets. These tools are very needed as the loss of those serving has increased due to suicide and other circumstances as well as PTSD is at an all-time high.

Participants can join in person or through zoom for those living in other communities.
