Healing for Hank
Dear friends,
Aaron, Flora, Hank and Willis Savage need our help! Hank, who just turned 3, has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL). He is receiving excellent medical care at Valley Children’s Hospital. The entire family is there with him.
According to the Mayo Clinic, ALL is a type of cancer of the blood and bone marrow — the spongy tissue inside bones where blood cells are made. It is the most common type of cancer in children, and treatments result in a good chance for a cure.
Being away from home can be extremely difficult, both emotionally and financially. As friends, we want to support them in any way possible, and at this point, financial support for them as they progress through treatment would be a great help.
Hank is an absolute spark. He is well spoken beyond his years, and curious and precocious as a three-year-old boy should be. It is our hope that this financial support can help his family focus on getting him well and back to being Hank! By providing for some of the material needs, we hope to allow the family to spend all its time and energy on wellness.
