Mit einem onkolytischen Virus und Olgas Tumormaterial und dendritischen Zellen wird das IOZK - die einzige europäische Einrichtung, die die behördliche Zulassung erhalten hat - einen erfolgreichen Impfstoff herstellen, der dann Olgas eigenes Immunsystem aktiviert, um den soliden Tumor zu bekämpfen. Olga Eichner Kirioukhova is a young metastatic breast cancer patient with acute complications (1% of all breast cancer cases) who underwent chemotherapy but in vain. Additional therapies are currently being tested on Olga, in parallel to a palliative electro-chemotherapy to close her open wound. The large and currently inoperable tumor that completely consumed her left breast and partially damaged her sternum and skin leading to a large wound and episodes of arterial bleeding are worrying the ailing family and friends. Though she has slightly improved over the past eight months since the recurrence of tumor, chemotherapy has stopped working, and an immuno-therapy via blind clinical studies has been suggested (no specific immuno-therapy is available for her case), if everything else fails. Upon consulting with several international oncologists, we have come up with following immediate non-surgical methods have to stop her rapidly dividing tumor cells and to save her life: (a) Regional chemotherapy and cryo-ablation to destroy her large tumor (planned to start by February 2020); (b) Proton therapy following surgery (surgery option is not possible yet at this stage); due to the proximity of the tumor to lungs and heart, and that an important DNA repair gene is mutated in her genome, standard irradiation is not appropriate (anticipated for April 2020 or even earlier); (c) As Olga’s tumor seems to be quite resistant to the main-stream tested therapies so far, currently a novel ‘personalized tumor vaccination’ is proposed as a cure by Immun-Onkologisches Zentrum (IOZK) in Cologne. Using an oncolytic virus and Olga’s tumor material and dendritic cells, the IOZK - the only European institution that has received the regulatory approval – will produce a successful vaccine, which will then activate Olga’s own immune system to fight the solid tumor. Several cancer patients have already been cured by this novel method (proposed to start immediately upon testing her blood samples).
Both (a) and (c) are available for her within Germany only as a private patient, and (b) is possible abroad, as the only German Centre who proposed to do so for Olga <the Rinecker Proton Therapy Centre (RPTC), Munich> is closed as of December 2019 due to insolvency in the absence of support by the country and the state health insurance policies. An youtube video “Wings of Hope for Olga” gives a voice for Olga by a number of her well wishers in Germany and abroad (will be released by the New Year eve 2020). An update of Olga’s health will be provided either by Olga or on her behalf directly via the gofundme portal.
