Heal Maple's Paw(s) to Avoid Amputation!!
Donation protected
Maple has "interdigital furuncles".
A growth (like a cyst) that occurs in the paws, between the toes, (although they are usually smaller),
You can see from the second picture below - Maple's "interdigital furuncle" is quite large (painful and continues to grow).
A biopsy will be done during the operation, to determine if the growth is benign or malignant.
But what we do know for sure, is that it MUST be removed, it is growing, & Maple will need his whole paw to be AMPUTATED if we do not proceed with the surgery ASAP!
Even at this point in time, the specialist Surgeon, Dr. Gatineau, at the DMV in Montreal, this past Thursday ( Nov. 21, 2019), informed us that Maple will already lose one of his toes during the surgery!
In fact, Dr Gatineau said his recommendation is that he wants to remove not only that large cyst on Maple's back paw, but also the other one that is growing on his front paw.
We want our Maple back and we need your help!!
For myself & my daughter, he is our beacon of light; an integral part of our now smaller family, who brings peace, joy, and balance to our lives.
Everyday!
***(A number of months ago, the day before my divorce was to be finalized, my ex husband kiboshed the Joint Custody of sweet Maple, & after 7 YEARS with this kind & gentle dog, he abandoned him & refused to have anything to do with Maple!!! ..... & therefore decided to PROVIDE ZERO FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS to Maple's wellness and care!
Not even a penny towards the expensive food & supplements that Maple needs for his sensitive stomach & present condition.)***
Please help us free him from his suffering so he can get back to his wonderful cheerful self again!
Any and all contributions are greatly appreciated - from the smallest to the biggest - it all counts!
Whatever you can do is good enough!
THANK YOU!!
Love,
Maple,
Jill & Alexandra
