<div>I'm Mimi, Dave's wife and mama to our 9-year-old daughter. Our one-income family has recently fallen on some extremely hard times.

<div>On November 4th, Dave went to his local hospital for what he believed to be acid reflux with abdominal pain. Something that could be easily resolved, that instead flipped his entire life upside down.

</div>

<div>Dave has undergone various testing including: routine bloodwork, MRI with contrast, liver biopsy, and a chemotherapy port installation, which resulted in an infection with blood cultures taken.

</div>

<div>Dave's diagnosis is <strong>Stage 4 colon cancer which has spread to his liver and lungs</strong>. He is currently still in the hospital, undergoing weekly chemotherapy.

</div>

<div><strong>I am raising money to help keep a roof over our heads while he is undergoing treatment and unable to work. </strong>Short term disability unfortunately does not provide full pay. None of his medical expenses are covered and with the everyday necessities of life, money is getting tighter and tighter.
