Connie's Medical and bill fund.

Connie is a single mom of a 12 yr. old son and is 4 months pregnant. Two months ago she started hurting severly and has partial paralysis in left side it affected her arm, hand and leg. Connie continued to work in pain and one handed until she couldn't take the pain anymore. Connie went to several doctor's trying to get help for her symptoms and finally went to Emergency room and physicians ran and MRI. That's when doctor discovered she had rare Chiara Malformation that 1-100,000. individuals have this condition. Connie had to undergo 5 hour Brain Surgery where they removed part of her skull so her brain could have enough room and relieve pressure on her spine she has 24 staples in the back of her head. Connie spent several days in ICU and several more in regular room at the hospital. Since being pregnant she has to endure more pain than most due to not harming the baby.  Connie is confined to bed rest for at least three weeks and at least 6 weeks she can't work possibly longer. If this surgery is unsuccesful she will need more surgery.  Connie is still in a lot of pain and can't use arm, or hand on left side doctors are hoping eventually she will regain use of them. Connie is a wonderful, caring, giving person who always helps others. Connie has always worked hard to support herself and her son and really could use the help of others at this time. I'm assisting Connie with this as her aunt RhondaI know the loving, giving person she is and really hate her worrying constinantly about how they will survive until she is able to return to work.
