<div><strong>This is Yousra's story.</strong>

<div>I've decided to travel to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to work, support my family in Gaza, and <strong>assist my siblings with their studies</strong>. I'll leave them temporarily intending to bring my mom to help manage our situation and eventually reunite our family once my siblings complete their studies. After <strong>two years</strong>, I've decided to return to Gaza because I've missed them dearly.

<div>I finished my vacation and came back to UAE on Friday 6th of October, I woke up the next day <strong>7th of October</strong>, and I was shocked that in a few hours, everything changed!!z

<div>The war started and my family was there. But maybe these few hours and all that happened for a reason to try to save them.
</div>
<div>After being <strong>displaced five times</strong> from the northern to the southern regions, my family<strong> now residing in a tent in Deir al Balah</strong>. This comes after the heartbreaking loss of our beloved home in the north of Gaza during the first week of the war.

<div>Our primary concern now is the safety and well-being of our children, who are suffering from illness due to <strong>pollution, lack of water, and inadequate living conditions.</strong>

<div>Furthermore, my sister has fallen ill with a high fever and is experiencing <strong>cramps in her hands and feet</strong>, likely exacerbated by the challenging health conditions in Gaza. I am terrified for her well-being, especially considering she is my only sister.

<div>Additionally, my only brother has fallen ill with <strong>Hepatitis A</strong> and reached level C. Unfortunately, his health is getting worse because of the unavailability of the essential <strong>medications </strong>currently in Gaza.

<div>On top of trying to evacuate my family, <strong>my fiancé </strong>left Gaza and went to Turkey, but unfortunately, <strong>he had a big accident and needed urgent surgery on his hand.</strong>

<div><strong>The cost is expensive</strong> because surely he doesn't have medical insurance. As you know, <strong>our families are in Gaza</strong>, and no one can help him. He is unlucky because he escaped from Gaza before the war, but he needs to pay a large amount as people do for evacuation from Gaza.

<div>This is Gaza people's lives.

<div>By the way, <strong>we scheduled our wedding</strong> for December 2023, <strong>but the war was coming</strong> and we lost our beautiful home. Also, we need our families to share the most important moments in our lives <strong>located in Gaza so we delay our wedding celebration</strong>.
