Requesting support for Insulin Pump

My name is David Bayduza, and I am married to my beautiful wife Tammy for 21 wonderful years. We have 4 incredible children; Connor (17), Colton (15), Caydan (13), and our daughter Ashlee (11). In 2010, I accepted a position to pastor a church in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, leaving our house in Sylvan Lake, Alberta. In the years to follow, I would deal with many different health concerns which would ultimately bring me to my current diagnosis of being a Type 1 Diabetic, in addition to dealing with Chronic Pancreatitis and Peripheral Neuropathy in both of my feet. As a result of these illnesses, I am constantly dealing with fluctuating and severe blood glucose levels, constant pain in my pancreatic region and stabbing and burning sensations in my feet.
At my last specialist appointment, I was informed that due to the many variables of pain and stress my body is in, I would need to look at somehow obtaining an insulin pump to constantly monitor and administor the correct dosage of insulin. This insulin pump comes at a cost of $7000 for the pump itself, and the accessories and insulin being covered 80% by my work medical plan.
I am asking for support in raising the $7000 so that I can purchase an insulin pump as soon as possible. My pancreas is no longer able to produce the insulin to break down the blood sugars in my body. As of right now, I am needing to inject close to 200 units of fast release insulin and an additional 30 units of slow release insulin before bed.
I am needing to raise the $7000 as soon as possible, so that I can immediately begin my road to a more manageable life with diabetes. Having this insulin pump will allow me to lead a normal life, so that I enjoy my time as a husband, father, minister, friend and child of God!
