Please help me get a new wheelchair!

Hey guys I hate doing one of these again but I'm trying to get this new wheelchair, my current on keeps falling apart and we are running out of parts to fix it. As well the tires on my current one do not work out here in the country. Gravel + square tires equals no traction. This wheelchair that I would like to have would be more practical.
