Help My Dad Get Surgery

My dad (Scott Jackman) was scuba diving on vacation in Mexico when had an aneurysm in his leg. It blocked all circulation and he needs emergency surgery. Unfortunately, he cannot make it back to the US for the surgery. Without the surgery my dad isn't going to make it, but they need $9,000-$17,000 at the time of the surgery. Please please please help if you can! My dad can't come home and may not make it at all without this surgery.
